We are able to set up the petting zoo indoors. However, we do charge an additional fee for cover tarps and bedding to protect flooring for the set up indoors.

Policies

A $75 non-refundable* deposit is required at booking and is applied to package price, the deposit is required before your date can be confirmed. You can pay the non-refundable deposit by credit card via PayPal. Once we have received your deposit, we will send you an invoice with the remaining balance due, the package chosen and the confirmed date of your event.  You must pay the balance due upon our arrival to your event and prior to the animals and corrals being set up.  If you would like to pay cash on the day of the zoo/rides, please let us know in advance. We DO NOT accept checks.

Summer hours for parties are limited to two time slots due to the extreme heat we experience in our summer months (May 15th-September 30th). We are offering a morning party that will start at 11am (or before) or an early evening party that will begin at 5:30pm (or after). Again, our animal’s safety & welfare is of our utmost priority and with the extreme heat that Alabama has, we have decided that it is in the best interest of our animals for them not to sit in the trailer for 90 minutes (during our set -up and take down period) Nor is it fair to our horses to be blanketed and ridden during the hottest time frame of the day. If we are under a heat advisory on the date of your event, the event might be cancelled due to dangerous outdoor conditions. You will be given the option to reschedule within the next 12 calendar months. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but our promise is to never put money over the welfare & safety of our farm animals.**Festivals & Cooperate events please call us to discuss options.

Travel Fees

Travel fees cover our time on the road, fuel, vehicle maintenance and allows us to be able to set aside funds for trailer repairs.

A travel fee of $1.30/mile (there & back) is charged AFTER the first 20 miles. If we have to stay overnight because of distance, an additional $125 per night is charged for room and board.

Fundraising Event Package

Above rates apply for desired package for the fundraising event. (We would require the $75 deposit) We offer several options and ideas to raise money. We currently offer “Kiss the Pig” fundraisers. Please call to discuss options and what you have in mind for your fundraiser.

Special pricing may be available for school, nursing home/assisted living & church events.
